I accept payments through Paypal. This means you can pay either with your PayPal account funds, bank acount or debit/credit card.
If an item has not been paid for within 48 hours of purchase the sale will be cancelled and reported.
Orders are shipped within 1 - 5 business days after receipt of payment. Custom orders may take longer. Orders that have not been paid or without communication from the buyer within 5 days, will be cancelled and reported.
I ship to the address that is printed on your ETSY order. Please advise me is there is a problem with your postal address ASAP.
All items will be carefully packaged in a cardboard mailing tube to ensure there is no damage via Australia Post.
Standard mail rates are applied to all purchases. If you wish to upgrade your postal rate to 'Registered' please let me know. This includes tracking, insurance and confirmation. It can seem like an expensive option, but is definitely worthwhile if you are concerned about delivery.
At this stage we ship to Australia and limited other countries. Please feel free to contact me if your country is not on the list and I will arrange shipping for you.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I want you to be as happy as possible with your order! If, on the off chance that something isn't perfect and if there is anything I can do to make it right, I will.
I cannot be held responsible if damage or loss occurs after i have lodged a parcel at the post office. When purchasing from my shop you must be aware of this and purchase under your own discretion. I will not be held liable for something beyond my control.
This being said, I will try my very best to help you track down a parcel if for some reason in the rare instance it does not show up at your mailbox.
If this concerns you, I am very happy to upgrade your postage rate to 'Registered' for a fee. This will provide insurance and tracking and will insure that your parcel will make it to your door safe and sound.
